Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Applies to every ticket purchase completed through our checkout. Review these terms alongside our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

  1. Non-Refundable Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Refunds or credits are only issued if South Coast Conservatory cancels an event or fails to provide the purchased service.

  2. Service & Processing Fees

Platform/payment fees are non-refundable and cover transaction handling, fraud checks, and digital ticket delivery.

  3. Event Changes

Dates, times, performers, instructors, and venues may change. Notification will be sent to the buyer's email on file, and attendance at the rescheduled event counts as fulfillment of the purchase.

  4. Ticket Delivery & Custody

Tickets/QR codes are delivered electronically to the purchaser's email on file. South Coast Conservatory does not personalize tickets with attendee names; once delivered, the purchaser is responsible for distributing them to their guests and for safeguarding every code. Lost, forwarded, or duplicated tickets that are redeemed by someone else will not be replaced.

  5. Purchaser Identity

Checkout requires the buyer's full name. That name is stored with the order, printed on receipts, and may be used to verify ownership during customer support, transfers, or dispute resolution. Providing placeholder or inaccurate names can delay assistance or result in denied service.

  6. Reserved vs. General Admission

Reserved seat tickets secure the seat selected during checkout, but South Coast Conservatory may relocate guests to a comparable seat if required for production, safety, or operational needs. General admission tickets only guarantee entry; seating/standing positions are first-come, first-served and the studio may reconfigure GA areas to ensure safety or capacity compliance.

  7. Ticket Transfers & Show Changes

Transferring a ticket to another attendee is only permitted if South Coast Conservatory approves the change. Buyers may inquire about switching to another show by contacting front.desk@scconservatory.com; requests are reviewed case-by-case and may incur an administrative fee.

  8. Admission Requirements

Entry may require arriving before doors close, complying with dress code, age restrictions, and any signed waivers. Failure to comply can result in denied entry without refund.

  9. Behavior & Ejection

The studio may remove attendees for disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior without refund or compensation.

  10. Liability Waiver

Attendance is at the ticket holder's own risk. South Coast Conservatory is not liable for personal property loss or injuries beyond obligations required by law.

  11. Payment Authorization

Buyers confirm they are authorized cardholders, that provided information is accurate, and that charges may be processed immediately upon checkout.

  12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to ticket cancellation and recovery of associated fees. Billing inquiries should go to front.desk@scconservatory.com before contacting the bank.
